Mr. Bellotti takes a non exec role assisting with the vision, strategy and investment activities of Blue Sky Capital as Chairman of the group. He is Managing Director, Global Markets at ANZ in Sydney and was the Managing Director and Global Head of Capital Markets at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein in London (2004-6). Over the course of 15 years prior to that he managed a number of divisions within Merrill Lynch in nine successive Managing Director positions in Sydney, New York and London. Previously he worked for JP Morgan. In 2000 he started his own property development and investment business - Aspen Blue Sky Holdings - and he has personally invested in and managed real estate projects since the early 1980s. Having spent over 20 years in senior investment banking positions on Wall Street and in the City of London and through his experience in running his own property development and investment business, Mr. Bellotti is a leader of the highest calibre who brings the necessary experience of real estate and capital markets to make high end real estate developments a reality.

Mr. Coflin heads up fund management for oversees all investments for Blue Sky Capital which includes the strategy and structuring of all investments. He also overseas debt financing for the group's projects worldwide. Mr. Coflin has served in various executive banking positions in Colorado and the mid-Atlantic region of the US. Prior to Blue Sky Capital, he worked with Mr. Bellotti and Mr. Peterson as a partner at Aspen Blue Sky Holdings since 2004. Prior to this, Mr. Coflin served as Division President of WestStar Bank overseeing all banking activities in the Aspen and Vail markets. He brings more than 20 years of real estate finance experience and 12 years of resort banking experience. His area of expertise is project finance, acquisitions analysis, and asset management.

Mr. Peterson assists in managing all Blue Sky Capital investments and oversees the group's interest in the Residences at The Little Nell development in Aspen, USA. He also steers the group on all legal matters as well as the implementation of high end co-ownership developments that group invests in. A former Director in the Aspen law firm of Kaufman & Peterson, Mr. Peterson has specialised in real estate law, entitlements and related business matters in resort communities for 30 years. Having represented Mr. Bellotti for 15 years, Mr. Peterson joined him at Aspen Blue Sky Holdings in 2002, and since then has headed up project management for their US real estate business. Mr. Peterson has overseen the creation of the ownership structure and all sales and marketing efforts for The Residences at The Little Nell. He also established and is the manager of RLN Realty, an independent real estate brokerage operation for the project. Mr. Peterson has been engaged in the residential and commercial development business as a principal for over 20 years. He is a member of the Colorado Bar Foundation, a group of lawyers selected by their peers for their outstanding professionalism and ethical standards. He also holds the highest possible rating from Martindale Hubbell and is rated as one of the outstanding real estate attorneys in the United States.

Mr. Spence has established excellent relationships with leading international real estate developers, resort operators and hotel groups. In the last 10 years he has sourced over US$ 1 billion of real estate investments across the world and has built up a number of strategic relationships with key developers, hotel operators and sales/marketing firms in so doing. Prior to Blue Sky Capital, Mr. Spence was the founder and CEO of K2 Capital and Natural Retreats an expanding group based out in the UK, specialising in high end self catering resort real estate. Mr. Spence successfully built up K2 Capital over four years and opened offices in the UK and USA, where he oversaw the implementation, operation and sale of a number of small sized real estate investment vehicles. Mr. Spence has owned and run his own real estate businesses in both the UK and Europe for 12 years and prior to this his career began working through the ranks to a management role in sales and marketing for Imperial Tobacco, Colgate Palmolive and Coca Cola.

Mr. Walker overseas all investment activity in the Australasian region and assists with general fund management matters. Mr. Walker previously worked extensively across deal assessment and fund structuring and development within the group and has developed a range of real estate investment vehicles. Prior to Blue Sky Capital, Mr. Walker was an equity partner at K2 Capital, the real estate investment group headed up by Mr. Spence. Before joining K2 Capital, Mr. Walker worked as the real estate business development analyst for Mr. Bellotti at Aspen Blue Sky Holdings in Aspen, USA. Prior to his involvement in real estate, Mr. Walker successfully built up his own business consulting company in London before selling it to a public company in 2001. Mr. Walker started his career in management consultancy with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture).

Mr. Wild has been the CFO of Blue Sky Capital since 2007, overseeing compliance, accounting and finance, as well as the operation and administration of the group's investment vehicles through their lifecycle. Mr. Wild joined Blue Sky Capital from K2 Capital where he was the finance director and headed up the financial implementation, accounting, auditing and financial reporting for all the group's real estate investment vehicles. Prior to this, Mr. Wild was at Umbro Plc where he was responsible for internal and external financial planning. Whilst at Umbro, Mr. Wild was heavily involved in their successful flotation on the London Stock Exchange. He also worked closely with a private equity bid for this public company. Mr. Wild completed his financial training at KPMG, one of the world's top four accountancy firms where he gained his Chartered Accountancy qualifications.

Mr. Sanguineti assists Blue Sky Capital in generating new business opportunities across Europe. Mr. Sanguineti previously work centrally within the group assisting with the assessment and risk management of all investments, fundraising and general business strategy. He joined in 2008 after having spent more than two years as a management consultant with McKinsey & Company in Italy and earned his MBA degree at the London Business School, where he majored in finance. Prior to joining McKinsey, Mr. Sanguineti was a managing partner in a small information and communication technology company. During his consulting career Mr. Sanguineti built a broad and diversified curriculum, contributing to the success of multiple projects and matured significant expertise in financial modelling and analysis. Mr. Sanguineti initially qualified with a Master Degree with honours in Engineering from the University of Genoa.

Mr. Sachs works in business development as well as institutional fund raising at Blue Sky Capital and he is involved in the analysis of both existing and potential deals that are being assessed. He joined Blue Sky Capital from Colorado, where he completed his extensive MBA studies with honours, while having simultaneously built up a successful business in Aspen. Mr. Sachs has eleven years of experience working for Galaxar, a private family office, as the Head Financial Asset Manager. In this role he completed several large commercial real estate purchase and sale negotiations as well as making both direct investments and managing a large portfolio of Private Equity, Venture Capital and Hedge funds.
