The partnership was established in 1998 and has completed over $1 billion of transactions across the USA, Canada, the UK, Australia, New Zealand and Europe. Investments are not limited to specific real estate asset types and have included investments in office, retail, industrial, hotel, residential and resort property. Deals are often opportunistic and can be structured as debt or equity investments.
